no copy items are missing after a "Delivery expired" can i recover them?

I sell no copy amaretto breedble horse bundles thru the marketplace and i had an order from someone trying to purchase a few of them.  however 2 of the bundles failed to deliver and now the order status is "delivey expired"  the customer did not recieve them and they are missing from my magic box and inventory list.  is there a way to recover them?

Have you tried the Amaretto support on their website?

You can try submitting a marketplace ticket but I wouldn`t hold out much hope that they will fix it, can`t hurt to try though.
