Will Linden Labs Respond?

Question

I hope this is the right place! I put a ticket into LL Monday morning on May 16, I got a confirmation, that's it, no response, no nothing from them! I have lost close to 2800 items from inventory after getting booted off sim. I lost about 60-70,000 linden worth of stuff including 90% of clothes and a 5,000L JCNY wedding band set. I have tried everything including manually clearing through appdata directory. Nothing works! I don't know what else I can do and I have been told that LL can get it all back for me, but I don't see them doing a thing at this point! Does anyone know if and when these guy's will decide if I'm worthy of a response? Thank you for your time!

I totally agree with Peewee; all tickets are dealt with, but as there will be many people with a similar problem to yours, they will be dealt with in the order they arrived in the office.

Patience is key. (And sometimes it takes several weeks, so a lot of patience is probably needed unfortunately)
