Cannot See Where to Submit / Pay for Username Change?

I Upgraded ..SO I Chose a New Username ..Typed it in the 'Box' ..Expected to Find ..Submit/Pay to Click ..NOPE .  I Can Miss The Obvious ..P-Lease Put me in the Picture ..Where DO I Submit and Pay ?

Go to your account and click on Change name, choose your first and last name then click review if it's available it will ask you to confirm your request then lead you to payment page, and that's it.

if the name is not available you will need to make some changes to your first name to make it available.
