Waterfront is connected to sailable water protected sims, not just the edge of the world. Land is currently for sale but will take serious offers if still available. Land is at highest point now which provides for the perfect island and water surround. It can also be made into only water if you prefer that which is a nice option! Easy to put mountains around as I have or leave open.
