Hey there! I have two questions: 

First: How two or more people can add itens in the same marketplace store, even being already a manager? (yes, it's possible)

Second: How to delete a marketplace store?

I'd be very glad if anyone can tell me.

The only way to do this is to share your SL login password, as the items in each Marketplace store have to come form the inventory of the marketplace store owner. You can however add managers though who can then edit listings etc.

Just unlist anything you have listed, and/or delete the items from the Marketplace Listigns folder in the viewer (though the latter will prevent anyone claiming a redleivery of a previously purchased item through the MP). If you got nothing in the store, then nothing can be sold, no commission fee to pay on sales.
