Mainland option for Land instead of Linden Home

Hello,

So I'm seeing this option of being able to get land on the mainland instead of a Linden home. How does this work? Are there specific properties we should look for? I need a houuuuse, lol! Any advice appreciated.

You can PURCHASE any 1024 plot and not have to pay monthly tier.   The house in the case of owning mainland WILL count against the land impact.   What is a "good" lot to one person will not be a good lot to another so I suggest wandering the land listings for a bit before buying --- if you decide to buy.   If you buy  a house make SURE it will fit on a 32 x 32 meter plot AND that the land impact is low enough that you will still have room to decorate.
