llSetText issue

Is there a way to make llSetText left align instead of center?.

I was attempting to do it by comparing the different messages sizes for each line and filling the space with blank spacing but it didnt seem to like that very much.

Can someone point me in the right direction?.

I want to make a on hud task manager and it looks a little weird with the text being centered.

There is no left or right aligning with hover text as there is no bounds reference inputs. There are feature requests for aligning, though.

Using spaces or unicode spacing can get you close, but can be off depending on what font the end-user is using, plus there is a weird quirk ever since viewer 2 where settext can sometimes shift left or right 1 pixel whenever there have been other visual prim changes to the HUD linkset. It was far more stable in v1.
