Yikes, I would say that's a pretty old ad, maybe around 2008.  Even if that hair is still available it's going to look pretty awful now.  You'd be best just popping around the major hair sellers and taking your time trying demos.  try the Japanese ones first; they tend to have more short styles.

You might actually get much closer to the original RL inspiration shown in that corner of the product pic.

The pictured hair is probably as old as Pixieplumb suggests, quite likely ETD or Truth back in the day = not available anymore.

Looking at the original, I'd start at Dura, move on to no.match ... and I can't think of the other name, despite having the ads in mind.
