Windlight on the Mainland for Visitors?

So this question may have been answered and yes, I did reach this wiki but I am still wondering -- can you somehow set Windlight on a given sim or parcel and other people coming to that parcel will also see it automatically -- on the MAINLAND?

Or do you have to write a description of the setting, or make available that "object" of EEP to them (and how do you do that).

open Inventory, find a environment asset (there are some in Library\Environments folder to start with)

right-click and Apply to Parcel and done. Anyone else coming on to the parcel who has menu: World \ Environment \ Use Shared Environments enabled will change automatically to the parcel environment

About Land \ Environment tab also allows us to change the environment for the parcel

Once EEP rolls out to all viewers then best to abandon the rather clunky windlight auto setting on parcels/sims and just use EEP as it's much more elegant. Of course that probably means best to wait until a certain popular 3rd party viewer has support for EEP.
