time stamp in group notices

For some days now, the group notices show the same current date and time for all notices each time I open them, and no longer that of creating the message. This issue was noticed with firestorm as well as with the official SL viewer. it may be related to the windows 10 update that took place a few days ago. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution to it?

@Lindalmnotreel: Look at the Grid Status Page.  This is a known and accepted BUG that is affecting ALL viewers.  LL are supposedly working to fix it but so far nothing has been announced.
