If she is checking her L$ balance via the viewer, have her double check via her Dashboard and Transaction History - the viewer doesn't always update in a timely manner.  If it shows on her Dashboard, a relog should fix the viewer.  If it doesn't show on the Dashboard, then open a Support ticket -- I'd include screenshots of your Transaction History and hers.

From the Transaction History, it does not appear that the transaction failed at all, despite any message you may have received.  Have your GF check her own transaction history for the corresponding entry.  If they don't match, each of you should send a support request.  Include the transaction histories, and the relevant chat log if you kept it and it shows the error message.  Reference each other's support case number.
