0 Peewee Musytari Posted May 18, 2011 Share Posted May 18, 2011 Go to your dashboard and in the account section on the left look at Account History, this will tell you any US$ charges that you have paid & you will be able to see if there is both a debit for Premium membership and your payment for it. If they are both there then you can see on your Account Summary if it correctly says that your account type is Premium. If the charge and payment are there but your account still says Basic you will need to contact support.
