Voice morphing issues

I am a premium member and I got the mega pack of voice morphs and not all of them are showing up on my list. I have clicked secondlife:///app/voice/effects/refresh many times and they are not showing up. only a few of them are showing on the list. I am using Firestorm viewer and their support is no help.

and I know a girl that uses voice morph so she sounds more normal, she's a squeaky type with it off.  it's adorable but she does not think so lol.
