Linden Homes Down?

So I'm trying to pick a home and get a premium account but everytime I click get a home now, it won't reach the server. Is anyone else having this issue and is it being resolved? I'd appreciate any help on this matter.

If you are going to the page from 'Land Manager / Linden Home', there is a problem with the link associated with that orange button.  You can get there also via the orange button on the right side of your Dashboard:  https://secondlife.com/my

Do we know when House boats will be available? I'm only seeing Log Cabins and Campers at the moment.

There haven't been any announcements of releases of new houseboats at this time, so the answer is "no". Keep watching and refreshing the land page and you will see one now and then as someone abandons one. They do pop up from time to time, as do Traditional and Victorian homes.
