Several new and upscale skyboxes for rent with access to private beach. These aren't shady one room sky-boxes; they are luxury mesh Onsu sky-boxes with an environment surround.
Each skybox is $400 lindens / week with a total allowance of 200 prims (skybox included in calculation). We use the Casperlet rental system so there is no hassle or delay with managing your rentals. Descriptions of each unit from the creator below:

Maple Skybox:
The "Maple" Skybox is a dreamy San Francisco-inspired apartment. It features a marble foyer lit from above by a stained glass skylight, bay windows in each key room, and a nonfunctional decorative fireplace. Among other things, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a designated dining/breakfast area.
Prim Usage: 45 LI - leaving 155 prims for tenant use.

The "Walnut" Skybox is a cozy & stylish apartment featuring bright windows in every room with views to die for, an open plan living room connected to the kitchen, 3 Spacious, yet inviting bedrooms and one dreamy bathroom with marble floors and a stunning tiled accent wall.
Prim Usage: 33 LI - leaving 165 prims for tenant use.

The Penthouse Skybox is a 2 Bed/2 Bath Penthouse Apartment with a mix of different materials and finishes, a half wraparound terrace lined with lush hedges, big skylights letting lots of light in, and so much more! Its an absolutely beautiful build that you have to see to believe.
