Username Change?

I just got premium, it only shows first and last name in change name… I don’t want a first last name, I just want to change my username and keep my display name.. is there a way to do that?

I don't understand.  Your first name is PaleThanatos.  Your last name is Resident.  Your username is therefore PaleThanatos.Resident.  So, you may change your first name to become something like Buffy, so your username will be Buffy.Resident (assuming that nobody else has already selected "Buffy").  Or you may choose a last name from the available list and become, maybe, PaleThanatos.Hexem (or Buffy.Hexem).  In either case, you may continue to ignore whatever your username becomes and refer to yourself by whatever Display name you wish (Captain Thanatos Mariner, maybe).

Ohh. Rolig is so fast. I was just looking for this youtube video I saw while working. it probably doesn't answer the OP's question.

OH .. The things I've read made it seem like first and last name were separate from the username. But yeah I understand it now. Thank you

If you want to change the "PaleThanatos" part, you tick "First name" and type something else into the box. If you want to change the "Resident" part and add a last name, you tick "Last Name" and select one from the list. You can change either, or both together. 

Your display name will not be affected; after the change this will stay exactly as it was before.

A long time ago (about ten years) everyone had a first and last name. That was the "username". Then LL went totally stupid and removed the concept of lastnames and every new account just started with one name. To not break existing systems, every new account had "resident" as a placeholder for the now non-existant lastname.
