Missing purchase in game been over 24 hours

Hi i recently bought a legacy mesh masculine body for 5,000 Linden it has been over 24 hours and i still haven't received my body

can anyone help me?

STORE NAME: ''LEGACY MESHBODY PERKY EDITION OFFICIAL" 

NOTE:

I have tried the "Re-delivery" the page never loads

Assuming you purchased it at the Legacy store:

First, if there is an in-world group for the Legacy store, I would join the group and ask there - if there is some issue with the delivery or re-delivery for that store's vendors, the group will probably know about it. 

After that, I would keep trying the "Re-delivery" and I would also look on the creator's profile to see what information is there about how to receive support - be sure to check the profile's "Picks" - many creators use the Picks section to list their store's policies.

For in-world stores,  different stores use various sales/delivery methods/vendors, so a re-delivery really needs to be handled through the store/creator or their customer service reps.

 

If you purchased it from the Marketplace, you could find you marketplace order information and see if that contains a re-delivery option.
