Lindens not Received

On 04/20/20, I bought $5K worth of $L, my credit card was charged $20.08, and here it is almost  days later and I have yet to receive my $L. I submitted a support ticket with no reply, cancelled that one and submitted a second one.

not sure what that image is ..  your order? .. but it's not showing 5k, if it's your $ transactions, it's not showing debit/credit /total......

Check your order page if there was a problem.  OR if you placed a limit buy instead of Market buy ... in that case it's pretty normal you have to wait.. and depending on the requested exchange rate...perhaps fill never.
If it's a Limit buy with unrealistic rate, cancel the order and place  a new one.

Any other problem... contact support/billing
If your issue isn't handled fast enough, be more patient. You'r not the only one asking for support.
Cancelling and re post tickets will for sure not speed things up.

That is simply your L$ Transaction History, which only tells part of the story.

Go to your LindeX Order History:

 

See if you have anything showing under Open Orders:

 

If so, you can either wait for the order to be filled -- might take a few days

Or you can cancel it and then re-buy L$ using the LEFT SIDE of the Buy L$ screen:

 

If that does not handle your problem, then contact Billing:
