This region is completely empty and cutted into 4 pieces - 1/4 for 4490/w 

so long nothing is rented out I am also able to rent out the whole region : price 14900/w 

you will be full owner and with the whole region comes also landmanager rights. 

Rating is adult but changeable.

commercial & residential usage

if you rent 1/4 - no breedables - skyboxes above 500m and no ugly prims 

if you rent all - do what you want

Visit - Etu Island and get your new home.

(Etu is an indian name and means "sun")
