Looking to rent with 400 prims for my skybox...

Everything I see being offered has too many prims and I just don't need that much. I just want to rent land for a reasonable price to place my skybox. Any idea where I can find this.

try one or more of the big estates.  Start with AnsheX who have lots of  regions dedicated to small parcels for skyboxes. Use the google to find their website

I let my tenant have as many or as few prims as they want and are willing to pay for. I don't think any commercial rental business do that since it's rather time consuming and the landowner always end up with lots of prims they have to pay for themselves so it's a guaranteed loss for them but I'm just trying to cover some of the cost of land I have anyway.

Currently, I pay 150 L/week for 400 prims. It is in Xenosaur. It comes with a big, modern house that does not count against my prims. But I got a very pretty skybox yesterday, and I plan to empty my house on ground and live up in the skybox.

300 prims cost 100 L, but if you look at the rent boxes, there are some that comes with 400 prims. It is hard to find cheaper places to rent.

You can look at my latest listings at the main office, and if you don't find a place that has exactly 400 prims, in a lot of areas you can ask to add prims.

Generally I'll charge at least 0.66/prim for parcels, some skyboxes are furnished if you want that or you can place your own in most places.
