Elven treehome control panel

The control panel in my elven treehome is nothing like that described in http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:New_Linden_Homes_2019

How do I create an access list? And how do I get hold of a security orb?

If the elven treehome was one of the Eldgerglen styles, then that is one of the old Linden Homes, and the old homes do not have the style of control panel with the access list and the security orb, etc, described in the wiki article you linked to.

The wiki article you linked refers to the New Linden Homes, which were first made available in 2019.  To get one of the new Linden Homes, on the selection page for getting a Linden Home, choose "Bellisseria" and then chose one of the home styles available (Traditional, Houseboat, Camper, Victorian or Log Home).  Right now is a good time to get one of the Log Home styles - other styles may take some refreshing to find one available.

there are quite a few security orbs on Marketplace.  Ranging from $0 full permission orbs all the way up to full priced full featured orbs that use agent uuids catering for the new name change functionality

edit add:  Search Marketplace on keyword: security orb. and filter by: Gadgets

Well, no need to get an orb from Marketplace. Because in case, Debbie will stay at the elven treehome, she may set the parcel to group entry only, remember, at the old homes banlines were still allowed. 
And in case she will abandon it to get a new Lindenhome, then the LL orb will be delivered in the content of the house rezzer. Which is easier to use for a new resident, because it cannot be put on any settings which would work against the covenant.
