Anyone know how to make a texture for chibi noodle?

I’m hoping to know what programs I can use to try to make a skin for the chibi dragon, I just started using the avatar and want to make a skin that looks like my main oc

First you will need to get the AO file from the creator of the noodle avatar. Once you have that, you use a graphics programm to create your texture. A lot of people use Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro. Alternatively a free programm is GIMP.
