General, Moderate and Adult

I have gone into my preferences and made sure that I have General, Moderate and adult all highlighted, but for some reason I can only get General in market place.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

1.  Make sure you are actually signed in to the MP page.  If you're not signed in, it will only show you General content.

2.  If that's not it, you'll need to file a Support case.  There's a bug that sometimes keeps people from being able to select the correct Maturity settings.
