Unable to log in - stuck at "Logging in" and then "updating friends list" back and forth

This is for one of my avatar only, my other alt is able to log in - my wife is also able to login from same computer, same firestorm. Just my main avatar is not able to log in. I cleared cache, reinstalled firestorm. Please help me, I am not sure what else to do.
