I am having an issue with my MP. I always have to login even if I had just closed the window and opened it a second later. I always check the save my information but it never works. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? This is getting very annoying.

I haven't got the "Remember Me" check box to work anywhere on the SL website, ever.  I know of two workarounds.

• Use a password manager like Dashlane, that can automatically enter your info and log you in to all your websites, or
• Log in to the main SL website and get to the MP by using the Shopping > Marketplace links.

Do you have your browser set to never keep cookies under any circumstances?

I have never checked that, nor do I know how. I will have my bf help me check this tonight! Thank you so much!

I have trouble staying logged in when I use the viewer's internal browser. I have never gotten the internals browsers to work well. I do have good performance on the MP with my external browsers, Chrome and Firefox.
