How to get a larger, curvier shape

Does anyone know how to go about getting a large, curvier shape for a female avi? I made an attempt to edit via right clicking my avi on the Firestorm viewer. However when I go to do so, I get this box with arrows that comes up.

Try "Edit Shape" instead of just edit.

Ok I got it. Thanks! @Rhonda Huntress Also, out of curiosity, do you happen to know what import can be used to save a shape if you'd like to edit it again?

You can buy pre-made shapes on Marketplace, too.  

Avatar Components > Avatar Shapes > Female

Then once you are on Female, you have several styles to choose from and you can click on one of those sub-categories too.  Some shapes are very inexpensive and some even have demos.
