yes

when doing so then is best to put the permissions in the name so that you and your customers don't get them muddled up. And list each as a separate sale product

an example of naming which I prefer:

Cool Thing (CM-)

Cool Thing (-MT)

where (CM-) is Copy, Modify, NoTransfer

(-MT) is No Copy, Modify, Transfer

(C--) is Copy No Modify, No Transfer

(--T) is No Copy No Modify, Transfer

Cool Thing (CMT)

Is it your item or from a full perm kit?  Most full perm creator's allow a one account avatar resale only but each full perm creator has different terms so it depends on their terms.  But, that's not even the big problem.  

It sounds like a script you wrote perhaps?  If that's the case I'd think you'd want to make the object modify but have the script be no modify.

Selling copy/trans items means the person buying it can also resell it.  Why would you want to do that?  And, if it's from a full perm kit, copy/trans is still pretty much reselling something that is not yours if you allow copy/trans permissions.  If you are a full perm dealer (other than for some scripts perhaps) you want copy/mod/transfer or it's not even full perm.
