It is lots of topics about SL not rendering properly. I am not sure what to recommend, but the threads several years old is probably outdated. Can you take a screenshot and also post the specs of your computer? I sound like I know what I am talking about, lol. I just parrot what others has said earlier.

The last picture should be obvious, you need to install the newest viewer because old versions are blocked? Totally natural, happens all the time. Old versions get too old and can't be used.

For the greyness, it can be that you have a lower end router and that it's overwhelmed by all the textures and can't load. https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/http_fetching_issues

I look for PC specs ?  Problem is that SL does not fully download.  FS does.

Thank you.  I will do as you say but it is very tricky subject.  I have had lots of help from FS but it made very little difference.  However I am determined to keep trying as I really need to get back into SL life.
