PLEASE HELP ME - I KEEP BEING LOGGED OUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES WITH THE MSG - darn, you have been logged out, this region may be having problems

my accounts -JOE0SNOW and ASTROjoseph

 

i have tried ALL troubleshooting and have tried both sl viewer and firestorm

 

When i log in to sl after a few minutes i get a error message 'darn, you have been logged out, this region may be having problems'

 

i have tried logging into many different regions, restarting my router and laptop, nothing works every time i log in im logged out after a few minutes with this same erro message

 

please help

Try rebooting your modem/router.  Are you using wireless or wired in?  Open the viewer (you don't need to log in)  Go to  Help - About and copy and paste all the details here

Try Cindy's advice. If that does not work then come back and post the info about your computer and viewer... use the viewer's HELP->About...

That error is usually caused by network problems. Cindy's advice addresses the most common causes of problems on your end.
