Abandoned home still showing on land page.

I abandoned a log cabin yesterday and when you click on the land it shows it is owned by Lindens but when I go to my account and the land page it says that its still mine.

 

It's been like that since last night and I am not sure what to do or who to contact about getting this resolved

Hi, I would note the SLURL of the parcel, log on to your account online, then instead of the Land Page go to Help - Support - on the right hand of the page under Premium Support click Contact Support - at the bottom right corner of the page is a blue "chat" icon between 6 am - 3 pm SLT - do a Live Chat for support...I've never had this happen before, but with other vanished house issues Linden Support has been very helpful and fast  :)

IIRC, someone else also had this happen to them.  I agree with Malayaa, this seems like a perfect issue for Live Chat.  If they seem inclined to take some time to thoroughly investigate it or something, I would ask them if they'd be willing to try a quick restart of the region to see if it will straighten itself out.

Thanks for the life of me I couldn't remember how to get to support for premium members and I was trying to access this on my phone so I couldn't see everything on the page clearly. Thank you so much.

i.. ehm.. a good friend of me...(alt)  had the same with a house boat, created a ticket, support had to assign it to a specialist, but was solved a day later.

It finally got resolved. I am not sure what happened. The only recommendation I kept getting was to clear my cache for my browser and re log but eventually on day the third day I went to check , after not doing anything special, and I could see a selection of homes.

A browser cache would never influence a parcel on a LL region, these two symptoms were in place together ; a stuck landpage ánd a parcel in maintenance that wouldn't go into the pool.
