0 Rolig Loon
You are posting in a public forum. Lindens may occasionally drop by, but almost never on a weekend and they will never discuss a personal account issue here. Especially because you have included your e-mail address here, I strongly suggest editing your post as soon as possible to remove any information that you do not want to share with any resident who reads this thread.

0 Rolig Loon
Good luck getting your issue resolved. The way to communicate with LL if you want to follow up on a Support Case is to go through the submission process again but refer to the number on this case so that your reply is associated with the original issue.
0 SophiaJoy Langsdorff
I received an email from LL support regarding my question but said "noreply" on the address line.... So I retrieved my original submission thru this channel. I should though about it before I hit send. Your help is greatly appreciated.
