Support Portal Error; Region Stuck Offline

Question

My region is always part of the rolling restarts that take place on wednesday but has been down for well over an hour.
Web controls stuck in a loop reloading.

Usually this is where I'd go to support, but it looks like the support portal is just... gone? down? erroring? missing?
It results in a white page with the text
"An error has occurred. Further information is available in the server log."

What exactly can I do to get this remedied?

For right now, patience is probably the best move. Linden Lab is in the middle of rolling out something like 400 new regions in Bellisseria today, so I suspect that the operations team is way busier than normal. They normally respond to a region restart problem in a matter of an hour or less, but today all bets are off.

@Kristin Linden alo accountpages are buggy .. one of my accounts has no home, but keeps getting his abandoned as owned on the page.. inworld however not.
