How can i get search and profiles to load in viewer 2?

I have been on sl for years and want to continue viewer 2 but since months now i cant load search and view profiles, this is starting to annoy me so much that i want to switch viewer. I have tried everything to solve this, but it still dont work -> i get a black screen in sl - it says loading, but it never loads.

in preferences, use built in browser, use external browser, tried all combinations of accepting cookes etc...etc.... does anyone have a real good tip for me what this can be?

Is it my virus scanner.....i have no clue no more!

There is a weird random bug that does that but it never usually affects more than one viewer. If you didn`t have the problem back on 2.6.2 then you can try going back to that one until the next update is released. https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Supported_Viewers

If you do go back to an earlier update, make sure that you switch off automatic updates in preferences > setup.
