My team strives to do their best to monitor issues like this in between various other tasks, unfortunately sometimes these incidents occur at times where we are not immediately available. Once we had some hands on deck we immediately began investigating and cleaning up posts. If you are seeing any lingering threads, please report it so that we are made aware and can chuck it into the void. We would like to thank everybody that filed Forum Reports as it definitely helped us a great deal to locate these threads and do some clean up!
