Bought 6 items cant see in inventory

 It showed them being delivered. I accepted them and still i cant find any items. I cleared the catch and Search wont find them ! help please, have purchase confirmation. items from differant stores.

Hello drawnfor. Open the second tab of your inventory called "Recent". Nornally you can find your purchases there. If you reloged, you can find them in the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory.

If you can't find them and you are sure about, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchases --> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. Alternatively: Dashboard --> Account --> Transaction History --> copy your last transactions and repeat the same process as i described

Ok i made the card how do i send it? is there a way to send it to all at once?

You find the merchant using the search. You see the name in your order History. When you find him / her, you click im and after you drag there the notecard from your inventory.

If your purchases are all from the same merchant, yes you send them all at once. If they are by different merchants, you send notecard with the relative copies to each one separately.

You need to open the Profile for each seller and drop the notecard into the chat bar on an IM box.
