My friend has a cool adult item I like but they can't share it and doesn't remember where it came from it's the tentacle in the picture can anyone help identify what it is and where I can find it that would be so helpful thanks in advance timetraveller29

You can right-click the object in world and find the creator.  Go to the creator's profile and find their store.

It looks like it might be from Bad Kitty/Kitten Stables? It's been years, but I recall they had a 'python' trap.
