Kat Ravenhurst
Ok SSP spies & gardeners, let's talk about what we can glean from the current maps, what we'd like to see and what surprises may await us in the new regions. For myself, I'm expecting a woodsy feel like our current camper regions but with more evergreens & somewhat darker forests. The American North West/ Canada is my expectation and I couldn't be more hopeful. I'd also hope for mountain lakes like we see now in Mole National Park.

Some of the regions for Victorian homes is a little "bare" compared to the show region. Others are wonderful, with plenty of flowers. Many flowers around the house means I don't have to spend a lot of Li on landscaping. No hedges makes the garden blend into the terrain, it looks bigger. The new, rustic fences looks very nice. Not as stiff as the traditional fence. My decor style is using a lot of Li. Especially if I go for traditional style with small decor on tables, rugs in every room, candles and other small things that add up. It looks like very many log homes will have at least a glimpse of water. Many small lakes and "rivers". I like water. Water and flowers, that will make me happy. And some hills/mountains mixed in too.
Jadziyah Nova
That picture of Mole National Park is beautiful. I'm hoping for looooots of trees. Evergreens, red pines, etc. Nice and dense that actually gives off a forest feel. They're probably going to use some big rocks, possibly as 'parcel dividers'. I'm also looking forward to less structured/orderly region layouts and "roads"

And, I agree Jadziyah- MNP is some of my favorite landscaping in all of SL. The Moles' abilities really shine there. In fact, I've put out a balloon rez at my spot on the edge of that area, for anyone who wants to take a leisurely tour of the gorgeous mountains, pools & waterfalls there: https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Banebury/100/236/0 3
