Price down to 2200L.  1024m2, 351 prim, great shape, right on protected roadside.  Buy the land, you also get ownership of large 27x20 2-storey house (95 prim), 2nd floor bed (21 prim), Mercedes car (30 prim), motorcycle (22 prim) and helicopter (32 prim) = additional bonus 1000L value (they are all copy/mod to next owner and transferrable - you can take them into inventory after and vehicles are scripted, drivable and flyable).
