Xstreet / Marketplace - rating stars not showing

Hi. One of my listed items' " rating stars" are not showing in the advertising view. Can I change this?

Thanks for the info, but this has been the case for a while now. In Marketplace search, when a list of the results appear as thumbnails on your screen, no starts/ratings are showing there so it looks like the item has has none, whereas when you open the full page ad it actually have 4.5 starts from 12 ratings.

When I clicked on the link, I saw four items. The 1950's desk had 4 and one half stars. Perhaps you can't see it because of your internet browser? Maybe its been fixed since you last posted.

When I search as you described I get 4 results, one of which is your item and it says it has 4.5 stars and 12 reviews.

Maybe if you are not seeing the same thing you could try using a different browser to see if that helps, but at least your potential customers are seeing the right thing.
