I Forgot My Username But No Longer Have That Account's Email

I was looking to sign into an old account but no longer have the email attached to it. Is there any way that I can retrieve that information?

You've lost the user name, the password, AND the email?  Well, it's not hopeless, but you have a bit of an uphill slog to convince Linden Lab that you are actually the person who is associated with that account.

You'll need to file a support case.  Explain the situation.  You will be asked to provide identification, possibly a scan of something like a drivers license or a birth certificate.

No, wait.  Maybe it IS insurmountable.  If you don't even know the user name, how can anyone know WHICH account it is? 
"Hello, Linden Lab?  I'd like to get access to an old Second Life account..."
 "We'll be glad to help.  What's the account name?"
 "Uh...I don't know.  Can you just pick one, please?" 
Crickets....

I actually have the password of all things lol. I've got the password (usually its the other way around lol) and I know what the email address is, I just can't log into the email to retrieve my lost info because it was hacked and ultimately deleted.

Well, that's a starting point anyway.  Even if you managed to recover your old info, of course, you'd find that so much of it was out of date that it's useless.  In many ways, you may be better off just starting fresh. So much has changed that you really are a different person now.  Create a new avatar and introduce yourself to SL all over again.

That's true lol. I guess I'll see what happens. Until then, I'll just mess around on this new account.

on Windows computers, sub-folders named for secondlife accounts can be found in

c : \ users \ [YourWindowsUserName] \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife
