wont load on my windows 7

hello i have a pc that has windows 7 on it home edition i have downloaded vwer 2 and i have phonex fire and inprudence i have cleared my cach an unhid  the appdata  folder and that  when i click on one of the viwers it seems to want to load but doesnt  what can i do to fix it i have all the vidieo card updates and that  any ideas on waht to  do plz

Hello running. If loading stops at  initilizing textures, try to clear your cache:

(Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData - Roaming \ SecondLife and
C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Local \Secondlife

Delete everything in those folders and restart first your computer and after the program. Usually the folder Appdata is a hidden folder. (Windows Tools \ Folder Options \ View & enable Show Hidden Files/Folders)

If the problem remains and still you can not log in, download another version of Viewer 2  having OFF your automatically software updates. (Menu Me --> Preferences --> Setup --> Software Updates --> Download and install updates manually).
