Check the Alpha tab of your HUD.  It is totally possible that some item you wore had an auto-alpha script that did not properly reset when you took the item off.

How do i turn off it?

With the HUD open to the Alpha tab, click on the section that is alpha'd (the part showing white) and that part of the body will then show.

If your question was asking how to turn off any auto-alpha scripts in clothes, you almost never can be clothing is almost always no-mod.  You'll just have to manually fix any alpha sections when you wear such clothing.

She might be having the same problem I've had a few times where my nipple and areola are alpha'd but they do not show to be on the hud and I'm not wearing an alpha layer.  The few times it's happened I've been able to fix it by taking my body off and putting it back on.  I haven't looked into anymore than that yet.

Or she turned on puffy or hard nipples via the Maitreya hud too; either is possibility.
