Premium Account to tier charge for land holding

Hi---I bought 1024 sqm of land on 3/11/20. I hold 512 sqm of land since I started with Second life.

Can I expect my Premium Account to "tier" charge a extra $4.00, for holding land with a new purchase of land,

for the next quarterly payment?

Yes - you will now be paying $4 per month for tier.

Side note - Tier payments are every month, unlike quarterly (or yearly) Premium fees.
