Marketplace listings error

Hello. I have a problem with Marketplace in the viewer.

I set up a store. An error occurred when I wanted to upload my product to the store.  When I click Me>Marketplace listings, such a window appears:

"Marketplace Errors.

An error occurred while opening Marketplace Listings. If you continue to receive this message, please contact Second Life support for assistance at https://support.secondlife.com/."

What should I do? How to deal with this error? The account is already 7 years old.

If you followed the instructions for setting up your store:  https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/managing-your-marketplace-store-r87/

And if you put your objects to be sold into a folder and dropped it into the area at the bottom of the window you get when you click Me > Marketplace Listings

and you get an error message...

First, go back to the instructions above and make sure you did everything right.  Check the permissions and the Next Owner permissions on the item(s) you wish to sell and make sure they are correct (for example, you can't sell something if it's No Transfer).

If you think you've done everything right, then follow the instruction provided in the error message and open a support case.
