Wanted: Sim Designer/Landscaper

Hello,

I am looking to hire a sim designer/landscaper to design a homestead sim. If you can also do interior design that would be an added bonus!

The theme is redwood forest, with a very whimsical feel. There will be custom buildings placed once they are built out. The idea is there is a winding asphalt road that leads up a hill, the road winding through the redwoods. At the top you'll reach a bar that's on a bit of a drop off/cliff. Not a huge cliff, but the idea is that the building is on top of this sort of rocky outcrop on the forest and the basement leads down into the cliff itself. Within the cliff/basement area there will be natural hot springs.

Sort of like this image, imagine a building on top, then the cliff opening up a bit so you have a scenic view from the hot springs. Overall I am going for a very nature filled, whimsical feel.
