FINAL REDUCTION OF THE WEEK - Now 2799L!   I have modified and added a large 27x20 2 storey house, bed and a Mercedes car, motorcycle, hovercar and helicopter that will all be transferred to the new owner when purchased.  You will need to take the objects after purchase into your inventory if you are going to strip the land and they will be copy/mod for you.  Amazing deal over 1000L worth of a new house, bed and vehicles (all vehicles are scripted, drivable and flyable).  Feel free to take one on beautiful Route 10 or fly over the land but please return it or else I will need to replace so you can get it with your purchase.  You will not get a better deal on the grid!

Hi all,

I locked the vehicles as too many joyrides with no returning it..lol.  Great to see the interest though - Holding price at 2799L for 1024m2 protected roadside land - best deal out there.  Great shape and great house, lots of vehicles will be transferred to owner on purchase (all worth over 1000L free of charge!).   I would like to free prim/land soon so all offers would be considered.
