'Restrict Gesture And Object Sounds To This Parcel' Not Working?

I currently have a couple of 'shouting' items in my parcel which are bleeding over into neighbouring parcels. How is this possible with 'Restrict Objects' checked?

There are several kinds of ways to restrict objects.

• object rezzing can be limited to you, your group, or can be set to everyone
• object ENTRY can be similarly limited.  If rezzing is restricted, but not entry, a griefer can rez his item outside your parcel, then use the Edit tools to drag it in.

You should also be able to restrict the sounds from the objects to just your parcel, with the Sound tab in the About Land window.  That's if you like the shouting, but wish to be considerate of the neighbors.

Cheers Lindal...that's what I've done - the sound tab - but the item can still be heard on the next parcel for some reason...?

Well, shoot.  Obviously both of us have a wrong idea somewhere.  Hopefully someone smarter will jump in and enlighten us both.
