Can't shop in MP, cashier denied?

Suddenly, when shopping, i get anerror message saying "cashier denied" or something like that.  It seems to be just for one avatar.  Two alt avatars aren't affected.  Why would this be and what can i do?

I've gotten that off and on over the last few weeks.  First try logging out of the MP and back in.  If that doesn't do it, clear your browser cache.  Next step is to try a different browser.

I tend to log various accounts in and out of the MP and the SL Account page, while keeping this account logged to the Forums all the time. I think the cache stuff gets confused sometimes.
