Maybe because you don’t file reports and if you did they would be similar to your posts here.

LL has very set guidelines, you must file an abuse report in world with the proper catagory and proof provided,  Chat logs can be had on their side, so just an explanation and snippet of chat or such is helpful to them.    But do keep in mind, what you think is a tos violation is up to the Lindens to act and decide upon it is their world they are governing and not always is an action taken when you think one needs taken.
