I realized I hadn't actually set the land for sale. It is now officially available to any one who wants it for 2500L.  If you scan around, it is quite cheaper than what most roadside parcels go for. 1024m2, 351 prim, moderate rating, landmark above.  Trying to clear some prim this weekend, so if you reach out to me with offer, would probably lower price even... but be fast and be reasonable.  Priced to go!
